Who writes pixelimits, how the entries are put together, how to report an error, and what happens to your data here, which is nothing, because there is nothing here that could collect it.
Publisher
This site is published by a private individual, in a personal and non professional capacity. It is a reference written for its own sake: nothing is sold here, no service is offered, and there is no advertising.

The site is served as static files from Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. There is no database, no login, no form and no server side processing of any kind.
How it is written
Every entry follows the same shape: a definition of one sentence that has to make sense on its own, a short summary, then numbered sections. Where a statement can be checked, it is written so that it can be checked: file signatures, published dates, keyboard defaults, named editions of published guidance.
- No fee, rate or quotation appears anywhere on the site. Entries explain how a figure is built and what changes it, which is the part that stays true across countries and years.
- Software behaviour is described as of the edition date shown in the header. Programs change; the approach a program is built around rarely does.
- Legal points are described in general terms, with the country named where a rule is national. They are a starting point for a conversation with a professional, not advice.
- Dates are written day, month, year throughout.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, write to the address above with the page and the point at issue. Errors of fact are corrected and the edition date on the affected page is updated. Corrections are made in place rather than annotated, because a reference that argues with itself in the margins is harder to use.

The text and the images on this site were made for it and remain the property of their author. Quoting a short passage with a link is welcome. Republishing whole entries is not.
Product names, program names and file format names mentioned in the entries belong to the companies that own them, and are used here only to describe the tools they name.
Privacy
These pages are plain HTML and one stylesheet. There is no analytics script, no advertising script, no embedded video, no web font loaded from elsewhere, no cookie and no third party request of any kind. Nothing on this site tracks a reader, because there is nothing on it that could.
The hosting provider keeps its own technical logs, as every host does. Mail sent to the contact address is used to answer that mail and nothing else.
